For the afternoon session, Elder law attorney Wes Fitzwater and litigation attorney Jessie Minger of Fitzwater Meyer Hollis & Marmion will discuss how legal and financial capacity differs from diagnostic capacity. This will include training on Powers of Attorney, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Guardianships, Conservatorships. Learn how they work and how to spot the subtle red flags.
