Brief Overview:

Course Objectives: This class is for officers and new detectives who want to learn the basics and art of search warrant writing.  The ability to write a legally acceptable affidavit and search warrant is the corner stone of many investigations.  This 8 hour course will cover the basic concepts of law and process as it relates to search warrant writing.
