DPSST Category: Leadership

Brief Overview:

This course will explore the concepts of leading from the middle and servant leadership, focusing on strategies for effectively leading within an organization without holding a formal leadership position. Students will learn how to influence and inspire others, navigate complex relationships and leverage power and influence from a position of collaboration rather than authority.

Through case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises, students will develop skills in building trust, empowering others, and fostering a culture of service and selflessness. By the end of the course, students will have a deeper understanding of their own leadership style and be equipped with strategies to lead effectively from the middle.
