The Oregon Association of Cold Case Investigators was formed in 2018. Our goal is to build a network of investigators throughout the state. To join the Cold Case Investigators association, you need to join OPOA and then mark the Cold Case Investigators Association on your application form. If anyone would like to become involved with any of the work in the chapter, please don’t hesitate to volunteer.
